Vancouver Community College Offering Windows 7 course for Blind or Sight-Impaired Students

The Program for the Visually Impaired at Vancouver Community College is offering a night class in Windows 7. The class will begin on February 1 and will run until the end of May. If the group finishes the course sooner, Vancouver Community College will offer another group course in Office 2007 if the group so decides.

The admission fee at Vancouver Community College is $30.00, which you will need to pay if you have not been a student at the college for one year. The student fees are approximately $35.00. Students will also be requested to purchase Windows 7 and Vista which is explained by Sarah Morley Wilkins in their preferred format from the National Braille Press.

If you are interested in registering in the course, please contact Betty Nobel directly at 604 871 7339 or on her cell phone at 604 417 8370.
